Tyler is a social butterfly who believes that every living creature is here to be best friends with her - be it people, kids, cats, or other dogs! She hesitates for a moment at first, but her natural curiosity wins out pretty quickly.
Tyler is full of spunky personality that will keep you entertained 24 hours a day. As long as there are plenty of dog toys lying around the house, she will keep herself entertained for hours, usually barking/growling/howling and just generally being a hoot to watch. It's hands down one of the most precious sounds you will ever hear in your entire life. and we promise it'll make you smile and chuckle every time. Tyler is fully crate trained for sleeping during night, and doesn't make a peep while in there. She absolutely LOVES her crate, she goes in there on command no problems.
Tyler has two special needs: The first, she is mostly deaf. She can sometimes hear high pitched noises if they are close, but nothing else. This doesn't affect her at all, and she doesn't think this makes her different. Her second special need is having a medical condition called Luxating patella. This is not painful, she is happy and free spirited, so it doesn't hold her back any. Tyler’s doctors do not recommend surgery unless it is the last possible option, because this type of surgery does more harm than good in the typical situation. They say she is a candidate for arthritis and she grows older, but that is very inexpensively manageable. Don't let these be any reason to overlook Tyler, as she is an amazing dog who would excel in any home!
Requirements: Another dog in the home, fenced in yard.
